Yes Aaron, there is a cure.

The 12 Step Program consists of buying an electric guitar (or bass) for each step of the program. By the 12 Step/Guitar, you will feel so guilty about some of these guitars not getting played, that your bleeding heart will force you to share the love with the others. You will have a 13 to 1 electric to acoustic ratio by this point in the program, and hopefully by then the you will have rekindled the joys of electric guitar playing.
