It depends on the guitar. For dreds I prefer mediums. All other lights.

Martin SP Phospher Bronze Lights for years... but now I'm playing with the Eric's Choice Phospher Bronze Lights.

I set up my other acoustic for slide, so I use Phospher Bronze Mediums on that

All acoustics get Elixers... 12's on the D-25, 13's on the Tak, and the F-30 get's 10's because of the age of the instrument...
