Rudelle 12 string

Does anyone here know or heard of Rudelle guitars? I just found a Rudelle Brandy 12 acoustic for cheap. Made in Italy. Plays and sounds good, but the finish is cracking pretty bad {no problems with wood}. It has been re-fitted with Grover tuners a long time ago. Any info is appreciated.

Rudelle is not listed in the acoustic blue book. Thats all I know!

Hmm Rudelle, havent heard of them myself. However if it feels great and sounds great then its a keeper I say. Brand names are only really an indication of the quality you can expect, but as we all know often some of the big brand names dont live up to our expectations of quality and vice versa some of the unkowns are just great guitars. Good luck anyhow,

Oh P.S. By the sounds of things it is an older guitar (laquer checking) and I have heard some good things about Italian made guitars from the 60's and 70's.

It's like the natural one on that page, only without the pick up and pots. The label inside says Brandy XII.

I just got done playing it for an hour. This thing is really gonna build up my left hand. Not that the action is high, the neck is HUGE! I mean a big ass flat "C" shape. :yikes: Also, the neck has a piece of channel steel running thru it. While it makes this the heaviest acoustic I've ever had, it sustains like a mother! :thumbsup:
