Time Pieces

After countless hours hee-hawin' over this and that, I finally bit the bullet and me and the missus took a visit to my local shop and picked me up a new guitar!!
:spin:
I settled for an A&L Folk Cedar, in what might be antique sunburst. I say might because there were 3 different looking finishes on the same model in stock, whereas on the website its listed as only having two options.
Pictures will come, gotta borrow a digital camera (which this axe beat out as my X-mas gift, ) so it might be the first week of 2006 before I can get my hands on one to take some shots.
There was a blonde model, a really dark sunburst and a more reddish sunburst. I picked the reddish, it played so dam well. Action, setup, frets are all unreal for a acoustic for this price. Not to mention they are handmade! Sounds great of course too. And it was $100 cheaper where I bought (local ma & pa) than at the 'big-box' shop.
Guitar was $249. I left the store with guitar, HS case, two song books, a kazoo for the daughter and a bunch of picks (standard give-aways) for $370Can total.
Not bad eh? Finally I'm gonna learn "Angie".
Pics to come!
