I was checking up on Rondo's site to see what is new, and check this out!

Not bad looking for $379! If the quality is as good as my Agile AL-2800, I would consider buying one to plunk around on. There are some more pictures and stats here at Rondo's webpage. (http://www.rondomusic.net/abg1.html)

Wow! I didn't know that Agile made steel body resonators. Thanks for the link! Something to look into.

I think it may be a first.

It seems like Kurt tries to mix things up a bit and keep things fresh with what he has to offer. I know they had a Brice Thunderbird bass look-a-like that was really cool awhile back. Not sure if they still have it. I do know that these runs of certain guitars sometimes sell out fast and he doesn't have them made anymore.

I agree that the two-tone really stands out. I just wish the kneck was a tad wider. I still can't get over the great DEAL that the Agile products are!

(http://www.rondomusic.net/abg1.html)Is the al-2800 really as good as iv'e heard. Or do you think an epiphone is better? Hard to believe for such a low price. Do you have the solid or hollowbody version?

My opinion is if you paid the higher Epi price for the AL-2800, you still got alot more for your money out of the Agile. Obviously, I couldn't compare the two in the stores, but I did alot of Epi Standard, Custom, and Joe Perry Boneyard playing before I ordered the Agile. I just wanted to take the chance and see what they hype was all about.

I am extremely pleased.

:guitar: Man.. I'm really jealous. I wish I could drive over and check it out myself. I am happy with what I bought over the net with them, but it was gamble of course. Would love to go there and really try different models out and see them in person.

Please fill us in on what you see! If you don't mind, take a look at the Jazz bass copies if ya don't mind! LOL! Let me know if the quality is decent! Ammm... and the translucent Blue AL-2500's too! HA HA

Oh yes.. a few showroom pix would be great if they don't mine!

Buck, that would be pretty interesting. I never knew where Nazareth really was, so it is close to Harrisburg? Figures, I have been to Harrisburg twice and spent a few days there... if I had only known that I would have done that instead of looking for antiques!

It has been a few years since I have been there now, but they had really nice antiques, and a neat little museum of the sleds. The best part was the guy has a collection of antique penny arcade machines: pinball games, vintage skeeball machines, kinetiscopes, all of these old nickel and dime machines that still work and you can play with. Even vintage condom machines in the bathrooms! LOL! Plus an antique soda fountain. I loved it.

Here is a link, pretty neat place I think. (http://www.sledworks.com/)
